I am seeking re-election as Ward 1 Councillor for the Township of Georgian Bay to continue serving as a strong and approachable voice for residents while advocating for environmental stewardship, responsible growth, and thoughtful, sustainable planning that protects the character of our communities for future generations.

Throughout my professional career and community involvement, I have been guided by the principles of accountability, fairness, transparency, and action. I believe public trust is earned through openness, integrity, and respectful leadership. Where responsibilities or interests may overlap, I remain committed to avoiding both real and perceived conflicts of interest and to always acting in the best interests of the community.

As I continue this journey in public service, I want to acknowledge that we live and gather on the ancestral territories of the Anishinaabeg peoples, including the Ojibwa, Chippewa, and Algonquin nations, who have cared for this land since time immemorial. I also acknowledge the Wahta Mohawks, Moose Deer Point First Nation, and Beausoleil First Nation as Indigenous communities with deep and enduring connections to our Township. As a settler on this land, I recognize and appreciate the lasting contributions of First Nations, Métis, Inuit, and all Indigenous Peoples in shaping and strengthening our communities, our province, and our country.
